Proskim Construction was established in 2000 and is a general contractor offering construction services in terms of site analysis. We handle various industrial and commercial projects in the Cape Town region, both northern and southern suburbs.

George did a fantastic job on our leaking roof. The torch-on he applied on the roof of the braai room is doing exactly what he said it would...keep the water out. Our roof has a high pitch and is a challenge to paint. George just got on with it and did a great job. He did a great job of making recommendations for the correct paint and materials to be used. The jacuzzi room is a treat to be in now after George put in a ceiling. Overall very happy and we can highly recommend George! He already has more work incoming from us.

I am very happy with the work George & ProsKim performed on our leaking roof-valley. Previous work had been done on it which was a failure, but the torch-on product installed by George is the way to go. So, in the 30 mins since they have left the site it hasn't rained, but I am confident in their workmanship. Would I hire them again? Definitely.
